My experience was extremely horrible. Alot of hidden fees, horrible customer service, and nothing work properly in our room and in my friends room as well. The front staff was not helpful and showed no interest in helping their guests. PLEASE AVOID THIS HOTEL. Trust me it's not worth it.

Shower door sliders where dirty, hair on the floor, bad renovation and finishing of the walls, bed material and usables in the bathroom were heavily used but clean. The hotel doesn't belong in that area as it is also a residential building not just a hotel. Pricy for what they offer a night.

Terrible service as I was leaving they wouldn’t give my suite cases back since my wife had the tickets regardless I used my cards to pay for hotel and do checking. I was not given my suitcases worse of all the front desk was rude about it. Please make sure you hire people with common sense.
