I will give them 2 stars based on Kelsey's customer service. However, the conditions of the hotel really need to be addressed. From the dirty floors, the cold to lukewarm water, filthy microwaves and dirty walls. The accommodations were deplorable. I look forward to hearing back from management.

Excelente ubicación. Es lo único bueno que tiene el hotel. La atención para hacer el check in fue pésima. Por el precio de la habitación no esperaba ver paredes sin pintar después de una reparación de drywall, ni cerámicas partidas. En general no lo recomiendo. La próxima visita buscaré otra opción.

NOT FOR WORKERS LOOKING TO BE REIMBURSED. Rate is incorrect and does not match receipt. Receipt has a 55 cleaning service fee and 88 cleaning fee. Ironically, this hotel aims to be a place for working individuals but the pay structure makes it literally impossible to get reimbursed and track the cost. Very frustrating.
