I have rented a car for 31 days, ALL COSTS included (meaning insurance, second driver, local taxes and fees, etd etc etc - a list of things), the rental company was BUDGET. After the car return, BUDGET debited and additional amount claiming for unpaid local taxes. The voucher I received from Miles mention in the REMARKS that takes were included, BUDGET says NO...... so,.... at the end, I am charged twice....... Be carefull with thirs party rental car companies......
