I purchased a Groupon for 3 training sessions at Transform 180 after seeing the fantastic reviews on Yelp. My first two sessions with Charith and Quan were great and I was almost convinced to join this place as a regular. Things went completely downhill in the 3rd session taken by Robert. 1. My session was scheduled for 6 pm. I showed up at the gym at 5.55 pm and Robert wasn’t around, I stood around waiting for him. When he didn’t show up even after 6.05 pm, Other trainers went to look for him. He finally arrived at 6.10 pm. 2. After showing up at 6.10 pm, Robert tells me that he can’t find my file and it had been misplaced. He started asking me all the basic questions all over again. When I insisted that both Charith and Quan had my file, Quan updated the file just 2 days ago, he bothered to look again and found the file. It felt like Robert was neither aware of this training session, nor was he prepared for it. 3. Robert started the session 15 mins late at around 6.15 pm, so I assumed that he would make up for it by spending some extra time with me, I am allocated 55 mins per session. But no, he ended the session early at 6.45 citing that he needs to give me an update about the groupon. Finally he gave me the rates within 2 mins and dismissed me before 6.50 pm. I barely got a 30 minute workout. Post the session, i wrote an email to the owner about my poor experience and I received absolutely no response. Such apathy towards your customers deserves a poor rating on a public platform.

Hipster Octopus
Bought a groupon some time ago and have attempted several times over months to schedule via email, message on their website, calls, and finally on the Thumbtack app where they finally replied. Aside from my messages going unanswered weeks at a time, communication in general has been unpleasant and borderline rude, especially when needing to reschedule. Finally made an appointment but decided to give up based on my experience and am eating the cost of the groupon. Headed to another studio.

Showed up twice, they use the "mind body" app which never works (stuck at "pick a location"). The gym looks great, if you can get in that is.
