I canceled on October 23rd, in person, because I lost my job. They have continued to take money out in November, December and January. I will never be a member of a club where I don't have power to control my own membership. It's already a pain in the ass to have to cancel IN PERSON. I jumped through the hoops and I'm still 300+ in the hole.

Signed up online, had email confirmation for our first class and showed up early. Not only were we not on the list for the class but when asked if we could wait to see if anyone no showed, were told we had to be 30 minutes early and could not be accommodated. Terrible customer service.

My friends and I wanted to try this gym until I was told about their terrible customer service. Rude staff, not being able to book a class or cancel your membership, wow. From reading these reviews and the testimonial matching I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
