Moja poprzednia ocena miała 5 gwiazdek, ale po ostatniej wizycie, niestety, muszę ją zmienić. Trzy lata temu wydałem ponad 4K PLN na hamulce w tym salonie. Dzisiaj przy wymianie hamulców dostałem informację że klocki zamontowane w samochodzie nie są oryginalne, wpierano mi, że robiłem je gdzieś indziej niż w Lexusie, brakuje jakichś podkładek i muszą mnie policzyć dodatkowo 200 zł. Po sprawdzeniu w systemie, że hamulce były robione u nich, pan zmienił ton, że jednak są oryginalne, nie wiadomo czemu blaszek nie ma, on je załatwi w cenie serwisu. Niesmak pozostaje, albo założyli mi w 2015 podrabiane hamulce, kasując jak za oryginał, albo właśnie próbowali wyżebrać 200 zł. A ja nawet wycieraczki wymieniałem u nich... Ponoć to i tak najucziwszy salon "premium marki" we wrocławiu, także bierzcie to jak chcecie....

Dramat! Na mail (serwis) odpowiadają po tygodniu z łaski( zapytałem powtórnie przez stronę Lexus Polska), oczywiście bez słowa wyjaśnienia. Ceny zaproponowane z sufitu (mam porównanie z serwisem z innego dużego miasta). Nie polecam i będę każdemu odradzał. Do Krakowa będę jeździł, a tu moja noga nie postanie! Zero gwiazdek się należy!

Radzę uważać na Zastępcę Kierownika ds. Kluczowych Klientów. Jak coś ustalacie, to miejcie wszystko na piśmie. Ten Pan ma w zwyczaju obiecywać, a później nie wywiązywać się ze swoich obietnic. Jest cwany, bo zamiast odpisać na wiadomości woli dzwonić, aby nie było dowodów.
