Been searching high and low for a new barber since I moved near the area and thought I’d try this place out. When I sat in the chair, I told the barber what I wanted and even showed a photo from my previous hair cut and it’s nowhere near what I wanted. He only lined up half of the front and both sides are unevenly lined up. Took too much off the top as well. It’s a nice fade but I will most likely hesitate to go here again, especially for the price(65$) and the disappointment I left with.

Don’t go to Ben for your fades. I asked for a simple 4 to 1 fade and he did it in about 15 minutes. That should’ve been a warning sign but I didn’t think much about it while leaving the barbershop. After a week or two I could start to see the fade uneven everywhere across my head. What an awful, first experience at Valiant. I don’t think I’ll be going back.

Today, I had a haircut at this barber shop. And have to say i am very disappointed. I asked for a very simple haircut, but I got something completely different. The barber didn't listen to my comments, even though I asked three times for a shorter length. He started arguing and was obviously not very happy that I asked him to adjust the length of my hair. He just wanted to finish the haircut quickly. If a barber shop charges top dollar for its services, then the quality should also be top-notch and should listen want a client asking, but not what the barber have in his mind.
