I got a conch piercing and at first i thought it was great , good price , clean shop but then a few days later the piercing literally fell out 🙃 i got it back in but i feel it should be tighter on there and shouldn’t be able to literally fall out.

We got in at like 6:45pm - I went to sign whatever sign in sheet they had but there was nothing on the counter and and the girl behind the counter waived us to go to the other side that had consent forms. We did the consent form and was never told that we would get a text or how long it would be. We waited for three hours only to be told that our names had to be on a completely different list that wasn’t even out when we got there. I understand flash sales can be hectic but don’t participate in Friday the 13th if you truly don’t have a handle on how to manage the crowds. Was super disappointing to sit there for hours with no information, only to be told we didn’t do something we apparently were supposed to do (after employees initially told us otherwise). They said they could fit us in last minute but it would still be a long wait.. we couldn’t sit there any longer. A $30.00 tattoo isn’t worth an almost 4 hour wait

Tried to schedule a appointment, they never get back to me, after multiple attempts I finally just gave up! Terrible customer service, as a business owner I never treated my customers like that.
