Un engaño total. Fuimos por un anuncio de un especial, el Vendedor nos enseña el Love sofá cama que le enseñamos en el anuncio y después de 2 horas al hacer la orden nos dice que un error ese no era. The experience was terrible, they promised me the furniture on 05/25/21 and they canceled the delivery 3 times and without an explanation until I called them at that moment they were going to lower the transport one, they came up with the story that it was for the next purchase, I really am very upset with them and will never buy anything from them again, do not buy there they have no word, it is a bad experience

Purchased a couch 2 weeks ago. Through no fault of rooms to go, my dog with separation anxiety got loose and chewed a hole through couch. 1) rooms to go was unable or unwilling to repair damage even if i paid out of pocket for it 2) rooms to go was unable or unwilling to find fabric to replace the damaged portion so a 3rd party could repair the damage 3) their customer care line was absolutely useless Buy at your own risk
