My daughter and I began our wedding dress search at The White Dress. We were received well and the glass of champagne was wonderful, however, every dress my daughter tried on was soiled and torn or even ripped somewhere. For having just opened in January, having soiled dresses to try on is not acceptable. Without another shop to compare it with, we did not come away from here feeling good. Also the large mirror in our room was full of fingerprints and dust, obviously neglected for some time. Then we were told we could not take pictures of my daughter in the dresses. They're online, people! How can you be sued by a designer when the designer already has photos out there on the web? Just not a good start for our search.

I don’t usually write reviews but my appointment at true society by the white dress was honestly draining and made me want to give up looking for a dress. I showed my consultant pictures of the dresses I liked online and said that I wanted glitter and sparkle and floral lace and each dress she had me try had less and less of the things I asked for. I only tried on one of the dresses that was in my saved photos and was completely ignored when I asked about the others. I wasn’t super in love with any dress but I felt super pressured to pick one and have that say yes moment. I wanted to love this store and was really looking forward to it but it ended up kind of a nightmare.
