Terrible selection, they did not help me pick the right size and then took no responsibility for the bridesmaid dress not being the correct size. They offered me tailor recommendations which I’m sure will be just as overpriced as they are. Not happy at all. Will never come back.

Tried calling to get minor alterations for a wedding dress I'm planning on wearing for Halloween. Was told she liked to do things right and wasn't interested. Was interested in getting things done "right", but think I'll get those done with someone else now.

They didn’t let my fiancé try the dresses she liked because it was not going to be available on the wedding date . I think a customer should have the right to try any dresses they might like and it’s up to them if they want to purchase or not. The stylist was nice though.
