I worked with Adam Cutone at The Charles Realty recently. He was representing the seller in my condo buying process. The whole process was unprofessional to say the least. He had some type of relationship with the tenants living in the home I was purchasing and would use that as leverage in the closing process only when he needed it to show that we should trust them. However, when it came to helping me learn more about the condo association, doing the walk through of the apartment before closing, or even getting the key to the mailbox of the condo I now own (which I still haven’t received a month after closing), the relationship was gone and so was Adam. Towards the end of the process I found out the tenants in the building actually planned to be there for a few weeks after they wanted to close. It was written nowhere and so we had to push back the closing. His response time was unpredictable and at one point near the closing he left for vacation without proper back up at his office. I never thought I would spend the time to leave a bad review but I guess everyone has their limits.
