Zarezerwowałem odbiór produktu w tym sklepie i niestety nie doczytałem informacji o obowiązku odbioru w 48h. Przez telefon pracownik tego sklepu zapewniał mnie, że towar poczeka na mnie do końca dnia. Udałem się więc specjalnie do sklepu, ale na miejscu okazało się, że rezerwacja została anulowana, a produkt jest już 100 zł droższy... Gdybym wiedział wcześniej nie zmieniałbym specjalnie planów i pędził na złamanie karku. Słabiutko.

Customer care was ok, but for a small standing hanger I had to go all the way around outside of the building to deposit entrance just to pick it up... because from shop itself was not possible. The deposit and the shop itself is not connected or what?
