My neighbor ordered a shirt for her daughter to wear to a concert. Not only did they promise to have it ready, when they experienced printer trouble, they assured her it would be ready by 2:00pm. Miss-communication between image size, verbiage, and design led to part of my shirt being printed incorrectly. The option to fix it.... of course me pay them more. I will not be a returning customer. If you are not 100% sure what the customer is asking or saying double check!!

Never going here again! They screw orders up,art work, do not call back or email in a timely fashion. When I approached the owner he was more concerned with making excuses for his inadequate employees than satisfying the customer. If you want headaches, messed up orders, and rude customer service. This is the right place!

It took a long time to get 12 shirts embroidered. I had to email twice and go into their shop 3 times to get status updates. When I walked in the employees would hunker down like they didn't see a customer so they wouldn't have to help.

BigFrog sends out their screen printing to a third party with an average of a two to three week turn around time and only do "direct to garment" in shop. Direct to garment would have set me back about $16 PER SHIRT....no thank you, BigFrog. The staff member who I had the displeasure of working with was a kid who had zero to no customer service skills and even worse communication, could hardly answer my questions and gave attitude about my inquiry, shocking. Needless to say I took our order of 50 shirts to a local screen printer in the River Market and they will be completed by Friday for $6 a shirt.

$50 Embroidery job was not centered and was attached to a removable liner inside the coat that can no longer be removed because of this.. Basically ruined a $200 coat that was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my son.. Did not offer to correct the mistakes or even replace the coat.. Told me if I wanted it corrected, I would have to pay for it.. Terrible customer service

I went in the store browsing and an man with gray hair started talking to me about a colored customer he had a bad experience with earlier and he kept referring to him by his color and was kinda racist and made me feel very uncomfortable, no way am I going to give them business and I will be going somewhere els.

To start I wouldn’t have even give them one star. I own a property management company and my wife purchased me a hoodie and a shirt for my company the first shirt I got was wrong and they did not make it right but gave it to me anyways thinking I would not notice that they put my logo upside down the next shirt I got I’ve had it a week and it’s already cracking and the neck hole is stretching out and I can not wash it and dry it like a regular shirt. The quality of the shirt is horrible it is very very thin and they told my wife this is there premium shirt I have multiple employees and I was planning on buy a ton of these shirts and hoodies but after this I will never return again it is just terrible and for the extreme price you would expect something that would last more than a week and able to wear it more than once I’m extremely upset and embarrassed to even say my company name is on something built so poorly.

Please note that my experience was that there was a spot on my shirt that had absolutely nothing to do with the printing nor color, but I was told that there is No Guarantee that I would get any type of refund nor replacement for the problem. I'd advice everyone to Not pay until you get your shirt and check it in person. Their policy sucks

They took 2 weeks to make my shirt and I called they told me it would be done that day it wasn’t and I had to wait. And when they told me the day it would be ready so I showed up and they forgot to do my shirts. But once they did them. The shirt has ink on it from them and I can’t wash it off. Y’all need more professional people working in there.

They charged me $45 to print small white numbers on the back of two youth soccer jerseys. And despite giving them clear instructions when I dropped the jerseys off they called to ask the same questions again. Will go elsewhere next time to find something more affordable/efficient.

We have contradictory email responses as to product availability. When we asked to add to order, because we were already selling our shirts before they arrived, we received rude & unprofessional responses. When we asked for our art work file to have other matching materials printed we received rude & unprofessional responses

Ever since new owners this place quality and customer service has severely diminished. Rude staff, refusal to take responsibilities for their mistakes, and they make you feel like they are doing you a favor. Lots of other options in Pinellas county. I suggest you find another. Please don't take your things here. They kept my items to be embroidered for OVER A MONTH and now 6 weeks later, I've picked them back up for a refund. Terrible service yall. Just terrible. Also if you actually need anything their embroidery machine has been "broken" for 2 weeks but they will say your order is "in progress".

Should have listened to my friends when they recommended a custom shirt printer in Asheville. After getting conflicting information from different staff members on what colors they were able to print, to them messing up my shirt, to them they would fix it if I paid for a new shirt. Excuse me? Rude staff. Acted like they didn’t care or want business. I wanted a design on a hoodie I brought in and it was faded with white outlines. Over priced. Went to another shop a few minutes away. Vivid colors and no white outlines. Way better quality. Also half the cost. BigFrog is extremely over priced. Will not be returning there.

Vivid colors and no white outlines. Way better quality. Also half the cost. BigFrog is extremely over priced. Will not be returning there.
The quality of the shirts we got is junk. Why bother with customized design if the actual product is such poor quality? Changes that were requested were not implemented. Poor communication and customer service. Will not be using this business again.

Absolutely terrible at communicating. They don’t tell you when your product is ready, you have to call them constantly to ask about it. Half the staff doesn’t know what they’re doing and you have to wait for the boss to be in to actually get anything done. I placed an order for business cards over a month ago and had no communication regarding my order and if and when they’d be ready for pickup. They are extremely unprofessional. I suggest using a different service if you are wanting to engage them for legitimate business projects. If you want team shirts or something fun then they’re your store but if you expect professionalism out of them for business you won’t get it.

Did not place the logo on the correct position. Said they would send pictures before applying it with glue and did not. I told them to please take it off and they said they couldn't. They ruined my brand new $120 jacket.

customer service from the manager was terrible. they got the order colors wrong and all the manager would say is you approved it. we did at the store. with that manager. we approved green on green we got cheap black ink. the email proof did not have colors just design. a waste of $300 for 10 t shirts for a family outing. we didn’t need that many but they have a minimum order. go someplace else!!
