Worst customer service ever! Young girl has no product knowledge and doesn't want to be there. Lady at the counter just sits there and acts like a boss. Ridiculous promo code offers. Will never return and buy from Workscene ever again. Letting all my tradies know to never buy at this store! And also service with a smile will be a great start.

Not a lot of range and I got around a minute of assistance before the very disinterested staff went back to their conversation about something someone had posted on social media. Waited at the shoes for assistance for a couple minutes before I just walked out.

Customer service is good. As long as you don't have an issue with the product its okay but if there's an issue they have got the worst exchange/refund policy ever. The staff needs to inform about the refund policy if they are asked about product returns which unfortunately didn't happen in my case. I am one unsatisfied customer.

I brought work pants the same size I always wear same brand they don't even come close to fitting me I took them back for an exchange they said sorry you took the tags off company policy is if the tags are off even if they are in the bag we can't do anything never again will I shop there

I don't know how your professional stuff determined that they been worn for a long period of time i have explained clearly that the reson i came is because they were worn only ones that is why i came back and by you not believing me just basically tells me that you are calling me a lyer. U can even see the receipt even if they were not worn ones but they were one month is still a very small time for a work pants don't you think? Terrible staff. No customer service and they have no knowledge of their own products displayed. Worse they don't even make an effort to get answers to your queries. The only info they provide even without asking is how much time is remaining before they close shop!! Just stay away from here.

Called the store directly to check that a specific item was in stock, as don't live near there. After confirming a few times over the phone that it was in stock and the price was $35, when I drove there, the guy wanted to charge me $53!!! told me if I wanted the $35 price I need to buy online. What a FKN INCONVENIENCE!

Staff member today was very rude. Me and my wife wanted to get some work boots and a few other things for work. She started bombarding us with questions like who are we shoping for and what are we buying as soon as we walked in not giving us a chance to sign in properly. After we signed in my wife was looking at what boots to buy. My eyes wondered to some jackets in store that I liked so I started walking to those jackets to try one on when she stoped me and said no browsing. I said I just wanted to try on the jacket and would happily buy it if it suits me well. She said no and I asked how can she expect to sell anything if she wont allow customers to try. It was a pretty bad experience. I understand we're living in a pandemic and stores have their policies but cmon the store was completely empty. She was just unpleasant. I wanted work boots that were waterproof as I walk the dogs in the bush regardless of weather. The ones recommended were excellent for the first 6 months then the waterproofing failed. I do not walk through standing water just long grass. These should not have been recommended. Waterproof was a major criteria as the previous boots turned into sponges in wet long grass

The manager of this Moorebank store should be sending their staff on a Customer Service course, I walked out in-disgust last week. (28/9/22) I was ready to spend a good $500 on gear for work, I certainly wont be returning!

Good product but poor customer service. Exchange policy not good, couldn’t exchange for a bigger size passed two weeks ($80 wasted). I was instead presented with eye rolls and called rude because I was obviously unhappy. I didn’t call anyone names, didn’t raise my voice, didn’t roll my eyes or use foul language.
