Besides walking into what feels like a closet with no hangers, the aisle are as confusing. My impression was that they will overwhelm you with items for your pet. Turned up to find they canceled my appointment (after traveling 40mins from the other side of the city) without so much of a notification. Guy at counter simply looked up and said your groomer is out, your appointment canceled. No apology offered whatsoever. Awful service and lack of care. Avoid.

First time I took my dog to trim his nails went great. I went today to trim his nails again and the groomer had an attitude. My dog is afraid of big dogs and gets anxious, and she didn't do much to help the situation. Never coming back, not even to buy food. I'm really upset at the customer service.
