People are very friendly but the jewelry sucks. I have had my engagement ring for a little over a year and it's been in the shop 9 times and replaced it 3 times. It's more in the shop than on my finger. Got married in August both of our band have already been in the shop cause of losing stones.

Bought all my jewelry here, including lifetime warranties. I get all the cleanings and inspections as recommended, but when they loose my anniversary band and cannot find it when sent in for warranty work, they mke excuse after excuse. Should have just gone to a real jewelry store!

Spent enough here on Christmas to rack up 1k in rewards dollars. Come to find out, they expire only a few weeks later. To think I was about to make another big purchase here. Haha. This shows that it’s better off to purchase from a local jeweler, this place is as shady as it gets.
