On a pbs show. There was a shot of the kitchen staff. No hats, no hair restraints, no gloves. staff had sweaty foreheads and unkempt and looked like dirty hair and who knows if they washed their hands if the didn't follow the above items. either philly doesnt have codes against that or they dont do inspections. I am not interested in overpaying to have sweat, hair, dander, or other filth in my food.

Did not live up to the hype. Everything was floating in butter or oil. Too many complicated flavors at once. The texture of the dish was lost. For perspective we did not like Vernick either and prefer Osteria, Suraya, Parc which are 5 star.

We waited 45 min from our first course to our second. I wanted a second glass of wine but was never asked or checked in on. Portions are very small - I left hungry and with $700 less in my pocket. Tremendously overrated. You can do much better in Philly. Never again.
