Good, but not amazing, also moderately overpriced, There are other Michelin starred restaurants that offer better food, better service and better wine. Items worth having were the cucumber and apple soft drink and possibly the Richmond park honey ice cream

제 개인의 평가이지만 이곳이 과장 된 곳은 아닐지.. 재평가가 필요하다고 생각이 듭니다. 어느정도 서양권 나라가 짜게 먹는다는 것은 인식하고 있었지만 모든 코스 음식 전반적으로 소금에 절여진 듯 짠맛이 너무 강합니다. 와인이나 주류를 팔 목적인지 페어링 없이는 먹기 힘든 음식입니다. 4번째 코스 이후 입천장이 까질정도로 짭니다. 이후 메인디쉬도 비리고 짠맛이 너무 강해 못먹겠다고 돌려보냈습니다. 식대만 2인 총 450파운드 이상. 런던 미슐랭 레스토랑에 대해 유명세만 보고 갈지는 고민해봐야할 곳 같습니다.

Not one dish was actually good. They were pretty but all too buttery/fat/rich without any kind of the subtlety the chef used to have. Shame
