I would love to give a higher score if only considering the ambience and service. The food........ hmmmmmmmm 这家店真的很难吃。至少今天的tasting menu 非常难吃,简直就是黑暗料理。beef tartare非常腥,蘑菇汤完全盖不住。主菜两道野味(鹿肉和松鸡)感觉主厨完全没有处理好…跟上周吃的地狱主厨的松鸡完全没法比。真的是难吃到没办法下咽。 最无语的是甜点,旁边绿色的小碗里是茴香味的冰沙 配上大碗里的蜂蜜带了一股很神奇的臭味… 所有菜只有摆盘还不错。但是tasting menu真的难吃。而且是每道菜各有各的难吃…真的服了这家餐厅了。 总体来说,感觉这次尝的tasting menu从食材的选择来说有向gordon ramsey家同期的seasonal menu致敬的意思。但是主厨水平真的是差了十万八千里。

The first three or four items are very good until the few main things served. They are nice but not as exceptionally nice as the beginning items. And am I the only one who is charged $67 as %20vat on top of the displayed price? Usually the restaurants in London have the vat tax included in the displayed price. This is a very unpleasant surprise plus the 15% service charge.
