6 month campaign resulted in a loss for our business, not only that they failed to admit the failure. I suddenly ended up speaking with an incredibly rude person from accounts trying to justify their actions when they had no interaction with me or my account until i questioned the performance. Ripped me off when I was having my website made. They made it live when it wasn’t finished off. When I got in touch to have it finished off, they said I needed to pay again but discounted! I stupidly did! Then apparently I got an email to say my website has been hacked and they wanted me to pay again a couple hundred to sort it out! At this time I just said leave it.. very unprofessional and just rip you off
