There were many lags in communication, the design was not done precisely and I ended up having to go back into the website design templates and spend a good 4-5 hours overhauling my website. This was what I was paying them to do! I felt that they did not take the time to truly understand the vision I had for the website, and the design of it felt like it had been outsourced to someone who had no idea about the company or what we were going for with the brand vision. Here are some examples of what was LAUNCHED on my site and that I had to go back and fix. I do not enjoy writing a review like this but this was my experience and I want to make sure other business owners don't go through the same thing.
