AVOID THIS DISHONEST AGENCY Digital Next uses non-google compliant means to perform SEO services for clients - this isn't anything new by any means, but their dishonesty lies in the fact that they attempt to conceal this... in our experience to the point of being aggressive and rude. We have complete email evidence that this agency duped us out of thousands of dollars, and refuses to honour our initial agreement, which was clear and completely documented over email. If you are thinking of hiring this company to perform any SEO services, I would strongly recommend you look elsewhere. Their practices have the potential to HARM your business. (We have since spoken to numerous SEO experts who confirm that the websites used by Digital Next are part of a paid black hat SEO initiative, and in contravention of Google TOS - precisely what we, and no doubt many of of their clients, wanted to avoid.) I have no comment on their other digital marketing services, but judging by the way that our incident was handled by their team (and CEO!!), I'd recommend you avoid Digital Next.
