Not Happy. We really wanted to work with this company. I'm the office manager at a new doctors office in Dr. Phillips. When I contacted them, they explained that SEO would not work for us because Google wouldn't rank our business. They said they would be happy to run adds for us though. That makes NO sense. I had a very unpleasant call with a sales representative today when telling them about the needs of my company. I left the meeting feeling small and offended. All I wanted was to know how much it would cost of an interactive prototype for my startup. After saying that I was a startup, I could tell that I was no longer worth their time. They told me about the prices for a Wordpress based site, and after reiterating that I needed a custom prototype made, it was suggested that I come back later on in the process when I had investors instead of trying to see what could be done for me now to help me achieve my goal. I don’t want anyone to loose their job, but I want them to know that assuming that I didn’t know what I needed, and proceeding through the conversation as if I didn’t know what I needed felt bad. I spoke to 2 other agencies before speaking to this one and I received prices from both. I left both conversations feeling heard. I won’t be using your company when I get investors, and I hope you can find more compassion.
