After working with HigherVisability for a better part of 2 years we have now started to find how much work they WERE NOT doing. Basic SEO tasks were not completed, no strategy was ever implemented, customer service horrible. Reports they provide are overloaded with incorrect and irrelevant data. I would not recommend them to anyone.

As numerous reviews on Yelp stated this was a major disappointment . For a marketing company , the concept and power of "first impression " is foreign to this "business ". Arrogant , inconsiderate and highly unprofessional . Totally ignored my appointment with them despite me calling and asking for a call back . Over the years I have dealt with number of SEO companies and most of them over promise and under deliver . This one was never capable of getting started ....

It was a very bad experience. Our site visibility when I hired them was 52% of market. We ranked in the top 2 on local pack for 17 keyword that we have been targeting for year. Fired them last month and visibility is at 24% with only 5 keyword left in the top 5. I have all the screen shots from SEMrush to prove everything.
