Have called 4 times regarding them allowing an ex business partner of a business to take over the account even though it was it was not HIS business, and is no longer listed as part of it. The payments came from the owners business account, not the ex partners. The ex partner directed him to transfer any refunds to his account, as well as basically stole the call rail, etc, while this company allowed him to do so, when he isn't even part of that business anymore, and changed it all into his new business name. The business it was basically taken from would have been happy to put whatever they needed on file to maintain the account (since it was payed through the ex partners card that was attached to the owner's business account) , but this company has refused to even get back in touch with him. . haven't gotten a single call back. I've also Facebook messaged. Very unprofessional to allow this to happen, and then blocked access to the owners call rail, even though it's still listed under his email. The business owner and I have called multiple times to get this rectified with no response. Bad business. In regards to your response you're correct you did not do business with me, but you did do business with my friend. I was helping him regarding this matter because he couldn't reach you. If you didn't do business with him why did he have banking transactions from your company as well as emails regarding the services? I'm just curious why it took you well over months to respond to this? With all the messages we left I would think you'd want to get to the bottom of the matter. Still not a phone call back to this day.
