Asking pointed questions about what work was supposedly done was met with silence on many occasions. After a few months, they lost interest in us and basically tried to focus on conversions rather than our Google rankings. They were supposed to be doing back linking for us and for our monthly fee of $4000, we got one or no backlinks. They were supposed to do blogging for us and work on Google plus and this never happened either. I can't tell you how much I really feel ripped off. We had to pay them in advance for any work done. Never do this! Only pay after work is completed.
