I have been looking for someone to help with several things, logo design, website design, book cover design. Found this company with good reviews except for one person who was left hanging a year ago. I called and left a voicemail and never received a return call. It seems many businesses in Utah are run out of a home and as a side gig. Thus, business comes after everything else. This is a huge problem in Utah. I have a business and expect those I deal with to be responsive. I found another company, out of state, who did an amazing job on my logo. If you have a side business and don’t mind those you do business with putting their business on the back burner, this company might work for you. If you have a full time business and need attention amd responsiveness, find a company that values your time and, at least, returns calls. I wanted to keep my business local and would have given it all to this company. First impressions matter. It turns out the guy who was ignored last year was not a one off. Do better guys!
