WiseGuys asked for two weeks and they send us a very incomplete site that was completely irrelevant. We contacted them and reviewed our needs. We contacted them again. We requested to speak to their web designer With no reply. We contacted them requesting a refund which was met with argument. They have agreed to refund payment. After two months of seo service we are down 24% on our site we are paying wiseguys digital marketing to provide seo service.

I'm extremely skeptical he even funded Google and Facebook ads for my firm and believe 100% of my money was pocketed, but I would be willing to change my mind if Cooper can produce receipts for any ads he placed on my behalf. Wise Guys' customer service experience began as nearly nonexistent and became hostile once I asked for my money back.
