Been a customer for years and noticed that they doing worse and worse job every time I asked them to modify my web site .Had another company check on them and performance of my web site have many errors and broken links. Tried to move to new SEO company and provider. Roger - the owner initially promised to let me get all the log ins credentials then lied to me and gave me wrong ID and passwords. When I asked to correct it - he send me an e-mail - can this wait till Tuesday - I have a Indianapolis Race this weekend. He never send me those log ins and tried to force me to stay with them and keep paying monthly fees. Today he cut off my both web sites and is no longer working. This review hopefully will be a big warning for all of you that using their service. I will be updating this review as this situation will progress. This just happened few minutes ago and each day without my web site running creates financial losses for my company which only one company will be held responsible - The Web Guys My advise - don't let them have control of hosting and always require Web Site Administration log ins when you paying for web site . I spent easy $15 000 on both web sites and thousands of dollars in monthly fees for years and it is my property just to find out that my both web sites simply vanished today. Update: After my review on Facebook both web sites are up but no access to my web site has been provided. Roger is giving me passwords to My Twitter account and google that I didn't asked for and playing that this should solve my problem. I am keep asking for administration log ins to my web site since May 25th without any success. Chad Smith turned my main web site up but disconnected SSL so nobody could enter it. Later on they turned it off again and Chad Smith was keep telling me that he is able to see my website. This is what kind of dirty games" you can expect from those scammers. They do not work on your SEO codes - they do job once and do not maintain it. They got this "sugar talk" and sound professional on the phone - this is the only weapon they have to make you think - that they are the best. Update. My lawyer has to be involved in whole issue and finally I was able to switch. Of course they still played games with me and make my web site not working during that switch. It cost me a lot of stress and I think this is "Gangster Style" treatment. Now I noticed that The Web Guys trying to hide reviews on Facebook by adding OUR REVIEWS on front page with Fake Customer Lobby Reviews that is paid review service. They are bunch of scammers.
