Update 5/4/23 : In response to the owner. I have offered to meet via phone call with my business partner and there is a refusal to do a phone call with myself and my business partner. Due to the conflicts that have evolved my business partner has to be involved in every communication and decision-making regarding Paper Box SEO. I have asked numerous times for a strategic plan to see if I want to move forward in working with Paper Box SEO as the trust has been broken, and the agreement has been breached. I do not see how talking will resolve anything that hasn't been able to be answered via email. I reinstate that: 1. There is not any new strategic plan that Paper Box SEO can provide to me. I spent time working out the numbers yesterday, and, it doesn't make sense to keep moving in this direction. I ended month 6 at 0 organic conversions, and based on my calculations the conversions are around 1.4 (which is for ranking in the #1 spot, with low volume keywords (Keep in mind I am not ranked number 1 for any keywords yet, which would make sense why I didn't get any sales at the end of last month). 2. Paper Box SEO projected 15 conversions at 6 months which was not met. Based on what the owner has now told me it can take additional months to years for this to actually factor. Which was not what I was expecting, led on to believe or agreed to. If you can provide me with anything else that would better help me assess if it's worth moving forward please let me know. As mentioned, I ran my own numbers and the projections don't seem like it is even close to hitting 15 conversions any time soon, which is a big disappointment. If it's taken 7 months to hit a few low-volume keywords on the mid-page range, it seems it will take exponentially longer to convert to the 15 sales/monthly of organic traffic for high-volume keywords. Lastly, I spent 9k in the span of 6 months for a questionable 1.4 conversions. ________________________________________ Very disappointed. I signed with them 6 months ago and paid over $8k. Paper Box SEO agreed they could convert 15 sales/month organically by 6 months, and they failed to deliver. In reality, they’re bringing 2 a month, at best. As a small business, I was already struggling to grow and they assured me they could deliver. The owner (Russell) said he sold the company to TJ and not once was I informed. I don’t wish this stress upon anyone else. I feel taken advantaged of. I asked for a refund, but as of this writing they have not fulfilled the initial agreement, or provided reimbursement. Now I have to seek legal advice to get my money back. The team provided prompt communication, but the “owners” seemingly mislead me. If anyone is looking to hire them and has questions, please feel free to contact me.
