Ruby Porter did not deliver what was promised. Instead of creating the website that was discussed by their top designer they hired a rookie who after three months had a pitiful outline. None of the information discussed was in this new staff persons outline. I had paid them their fee upfront with the understanding that it was a package price for the design and launching of my website. In the fine print it states they will be charging additional for their design work. This added up to far more than the original agreed upon price. After seeing their bills and outline from someone who was not qualified to do this work I disengaged services. I was assured that the last invoice for $550 would be waived. Six months later I received a letter from a collection company asking for payment on the invoice. There had been no other invoices sent from the company itself. I do business all over Lane County and have never received such poor service, poor communication and poor results.
