Be wary of this company. I have had a nightmare experience with them trying to get what I would have thought were basic services. It ended with Digital Advantage being black listed by Thurston County Economic Development Center as a contractor to help people with grants from the state. They took $2500 from me and ran. They won't respond to my emails or the director of Thurston County EDC attempts to resolve the issue. The way this company handled my project was downright predatory. I have proof to back it up. Long story short, I was given a grant by Thurston County EDC to modernize my business and have more of an online presence due to covid. Digital Advantage *took advantage* of me by using my lack of knowledge of their industry to try to up-sell me at every turn. All I wanted was a simple, custom website that was as unique as my business. When I thought we had reached an understanding, I was sad to learn they said what they needed to just to get me to sign a contract. It took many months to get anything from them at all. Sometimes spanning 3-4 weeks without replying to my emails. I gave them time thinking, 'wow, they must be working hard on this awesome website.' After they finally presented me with something, I quickly discovered it was a $60 wordpress template (first result on google) with the media I PROVIDED shoehorned in. There was nothing custom about it. When confronted about this, I was told that they don't even build the websites, they contract it out. "So... what is it ya say you do here?" They basically are just a middle man for some wordpress template mill. Had they been up front with me about this I would have looked elsewhere. I can handle my own facebook ad sets, I can handle my social media, I can even build my own basic template website. I wanted something unique and professional, as I said. They made me believe I could get that for the agreed upon $4900. And then they deflected to their subcontractor when I sniffed out their secret. Now they won't return emails. They refuse to refund even a portion of my deposit at the request of the Thurston EDC director. Therefore they have been removed from the list of contractors that Thurston County EDC will use or refer their clients to. It's been 8 months since I've been in contact with Digital Advantage about my project. In that time I have lost $2500 and so much precious time. There is so much more to the unprofessionalism of this company, I could go on with examples. Would love to be able to update and tell you I got my money back.

I have worked with Cody for a few years now, not only does he take for ever to design a website but doesn't even communicate with you throughout the process or when there's issues with your site... so I paid for an new updated site including a store which was great until I had issues with it and was told he doesn't work for me and that he was sending my files to me and not dealing with my site anymore..I find a new web designer and none of my products I spent hours on uploading into the store are there and my site is completely jacked up.. my friend and I wanted another site built with him and after 6 months of nothing getting done and several meetings we were done.I would not recommend digital advantage to anyone, period.
