"It's on the Media " an attractive name and rank at the top on Google. The company though 3 years old states they have successfully completed 576 projects, have 255 global clients and have 67+ experts. There wasn't much reviews online but a list of established companies listed as partners. That sealed my confidence to reach out to them. Though no click through to actually see the products produced by the company of the listed companies. I started by chatting with a web developer name Alan Gould. I clearly told him what I needed and I needed a price quote. He gave me the quote of which I gave him my website address to study. That was 3/22/2019. By 3/25/2019 Alan based on his study suggested that I needed a full reconstruction of the site due to different Platforms, which I agree and paid initial payment of the updated estimates. The rest was to be paid after the inner pages of the site were released. Gary White took over communication as project manager and everything went smooth, home page template design was acceptable and inner pages was done by 4/4/2019, that's when I made the rest of the payment. Now we move to the next phase of the site which involved statements posting, downloading, displaying inventory, site functions and CRM building. This is where the struggle started. The statements weren’t posted in a timely manner. There were slow updates on progress via email and Gary wasn't answering the phone. After several communications we identified the issue and I did some research on how to resolve it on YouTube. The issue was fixed but, it became like pulling teeth on every step. That is when a senior project manager Name Sam Jordan took over the project, but though the project is pass due he still thinks everything should run by their inefficient an untimely process. It's not about being fictitious but I think the company over represented themselves online on expertise and capability. I felt like I was part of the team all through, there is no way somebody with zero experience can work with this company. As I post this review, my project isn't complete though originally promised time frame was 20-25 days. Having had a live site from the beginning I expected this company to have a proper analysis of the site requirements and functions. I even shared the back-end tools of my site and another 3rd party company’s analysis of what it will take to upgrade the site. Based on layout of their package they are saying the basic function of any site which is getting updated data wasn’t included. Instead they are sending me a video of how to do it myself, which is an irony because during the development process I was the one sending them some YouTube videos to address the functions of the site. Sam didn’t waste letting me know about their company’s capacity and legal status when I told about my review and gave him an opportunity to make things right. Be ready to baby seat professionals when you sign up with this company. Watch this space for more developments, accountability is key to doing business and growing.

DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY! They (David, Sam and Allen) led me to believe they would meet my expectations in building a well functioning marketplace website and convinced me to pay for it up front ($4850), which I did. During the 90 days contracted production period they kept getting things wrong (and repeating the same mistakes over and over again) so I had to keep sending them back to the drawing board. It would sometimes take up to 2 weeks to get a hold of them to discuss their mistakes and the poor quality of their work. Once the 90 days was up they attempted to get me to sign off on a website that did not include a number of the key features I was promised, was super slow, wasn't mobile responsive and had a sales cart/checkout that calculated incorrectly. And to top it all off they then tried to pursuade me to pay a monthly management subscription fee (approximately $1800 per month) and told me they would work on the mistakes and completing the website if I started the subscription with them, which I refused. Once I tried to get a 50% refund from them for incomplete service, they lied to my bank's legal team saying the website was incomplete as a result of me asking them to do extra work on it...when the truth is I had only been asking them to fix the multiple mistakes and complete the job they had told me they were capable of completing. I now truely believe that It's on Media don't have the knowledge or experience to develop professional websites, and that they are con artists with the agenda to rip off vulnerable small business owners. I have now hired another company to rebuild the website from scratch. This company is kind enough to charge me in stages, making sure I am happy with each stage. The experience with It's on Media has left me in debt. Again DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. This heartless company will rip you off.
