I was extremely disappointed while working with Scale. I had to constantly chase them to get them to even answer and email or phone call. They didn't follow through on a lot of what they offered and charged a ridiculous fee that I felt was far exceeding the work they were doing. While they did improve our organic results I think they are just too small to handle the workload they have properly.
