The first customer rep I had here was wonder (Carter, I miss you!), everyone else I have come into contact has been pretty incompetent. From the attention to detail, to the actual turn around time on requests, nothing is ever simple. We often find ourselves doing the work ourselves because they can't get it right. I would not recommend Elevation based on my experience, you are better off hiring a freelancer.

My website LOOKS good but getting it to function correctly has been a huge pain. The company is only available through written communication so explaining the problem over the phone is not possible. My main goals when choosing elevation were to allow the community we serve to be able to sign up through our website and for event registration to go through our website. We were told we would save money using Wordpress rather than Wix, but now I am told I MUST pay for PayPal Pro and WooCommerce or the website they have built for me will not work. I am beyond frustrated and have been working with them for about 2 years. If you are a small nonprofit and want your website to be anything more than a basic cute web page, skip Elevation Web.

I was working with Alyssa Hansen who went on leave and since that time, I have not had any luck reaching anyone there. Email, website contact and phone call. Radio silence. I assume they are out of business.
