Impact of negative reviews
Most customers look at negative reviews about your store first. Having negative reviews isn't a bad thing - it indicates your business is trustworthy and ratings and reviews aren't being bought. According to our research, the range of negative reviews between 2.5 and 7.5% has a positive effect on the image of the business.
Well...
The lack of the negative comments is not the right way. Dissatisfied customers show that your business is credible. Don't be afraid of having some negative reviews. Please read the article and learn more.

Unfortunately this is a very POOR REVIEW. I did extensive research on marketing companies in the Colorado Springs area and was drawn to MMA because of their all female business team as well as the quality of work I believed we would be receiving. We own a small business in Colorado Springs and trusted MMA to help us market with a beautiful website that reflected who we are as a business. We met several times and corresponded through emails as well. When the final product of the website was shown to us we were so disappointed as they had missed the mark completely. However, we gave them the benefit of the doubt and communicated our disappointments and asked for something different and even sent multiple sample websites of exactly what we wanted. We were also somehow blamed for the mistakes (apparently they don't follow the adage of the "customer is always right") We finally got the website back and there will still things we were not happy with, as the website still did not reflect what we ultimately wanted. We also realized the website we paid for was done using WORDPRESS which we could have easily created ourselves. We were under the impression we were paying for a custom, professional website with custom coding. This was NOT the case at all. At this point there had been a lot of back and forth so we finally decided to let it be and take what we had to a different marketing company at a future time. Mind you we had already paid for their services in full. The WORST part of all of this was the unprofessionalism when the owner of the company, Rachel, Ccd me on an email (apparently not realizing) bad mouthing us as clients to a different company. I responded to the email (she clearly did not mean to include me) and asked only for the website domain we had already paid for. I never received a reply back nor did we ever get our website (which we paid a substantial amount of money for). We were left very disheartened and without a website. I am still in shock of Rachel's unprofessional treatment of us, especially as a fellow local small business. I have no qualms leaving this honest review. I hope it helps others to think very carefully of who they are hiring and trusting with their business.
