Absolutely scam. Horrible customer service. Had an appointment at 8am on Saturday, they sent the prescription to the wrong place, and now they won’t send it anywhere else! $200 down the drain. Edit: This was finally handled, but only AFTER I left a negative review. That is NOT quality customer service!

Terrible customer experience. Terrible customer experience. My physiatrist , Shannon, was very attentive and understanding of my needs. My issue is with their customer service experience. I’ve never had such an issue of having my prescription submitted to my local pharmacy. The whole point of signing up with them was for the convenience of their service but they are clearly bogged down administratively as reflected by their delays and poor customer experience.

Same issue as everyone else. Had what I thought was a good appointment with Shannon and was told the script would be sent over immediately. Still no script and customer service basically just tells me to keep waiting. This is ridiculous and will be filing a dispute with my CC provider to get a refund.

My prescription still has not been sent in and your call center just keeps telling me to wait patiently. I provided all the requested documents regarding my prescription and have asked for a manager to contact me and no one has followed up. This was the worst and most unprofessional visit I have ever had in my life. The Dr. I was assigned to didn't ask about my entire background and clearly wanted off the call. I will get a refund. She wanted to RX meds I already had taken and did not work. I would rate it a zero if I could.

I'd give it negative stars needs to be shut down have several recorded phone calls one after another where I'm being lied to over and over for several months horrible with communication with the Drs only have 8 employees when you look the actual business up do not use these people they're are cheaper better ones online

Undependable provider for Xanax . Just took the money,. They made an appointment and the doctor never called. I called customer service the next day and they said they had escalated it to urgent. I called on ec 3rd and received no espouse from customer service.

Initial appointment in January was wonderful and went smoothly. They have taken my $175 for my overdue followup appointment on 2/8/22, yet almost a week later after many many calls/texts/emails I keep being told "scheduling will reach out to you" while also ignoring my repeated refund requests so I can obtain actual care from a reliable provider.
