Po otrzymaniu ogólnego kosztu serwisu oczekiwałem 2 tygodnie na szczegółowe rozpisanie kosztów z informację jakie konkretnie części zostały uwzględnione. Po otrzymaniu szczegółowego kosztorysu okazało się że robocina wyszła 200 pln, gdzie według cennika 160 kosztuje generalka. Natomiast koszt części wyniósł 220% ich wartości z allegro. Zawsze sądziłem, iż zakupy w hurcie są tańsze natomiast panowie z serwisu byli innego zdania. Generalnie jak chcecie być oszukani polecam.

Kupując swoją wymarzoną Electra, bardzo się zawiodłem na podejściu panów właścicieli :,( Poprosiłem o pomoc w sprawie spadajacego łańcucha - powiedziano mi, że to koreański i tak będzie się działo. Panowie podjęli próbę naprawy: "Niech Pan spojrzy, przykreciliśmy tak mocno tylne koło, że aż podkładka pękła... Kolega przetestował rower na maska, a waży ponad 95kg" - patrzyłem i rzeczywiście opona starta od przeciążeń spowodowanych ostrym chamowaniem :,(. W rowerze wymieniłem już tylną piastę, łańcuch dwa razy, opony, suport, siodelko które pękło , kierownik, z którego odchodził chrom, rączki, manetki, podnóżki, obręcze kół, linki - czyli wszystko oprócz ramy, która piękny kształt ma. Rower użytkuje 7lat, a Pan sprzedający zapewniał mnie, że wystarczy tylko smarować i jeździć...

Moje doświadczenie skończyło się negatywnie w momencie odmowy pomocy przy awarii (pękła dętka). Nie było "hordy" klientów a do zamknięcia było grubo ponad godzinę. Otrzymanie informacji, aby przyjść następnego dnia i w perspektywie "drałować" kilka kilometrów na piechotę nie nastroiło pozytywnie. Wasze prawo odmowy wykonania usługi, moje to skomentować. Może to tylko incydentalne, ale zawsze jest przykro gdy nie otrzymasz pomocy kiedy jej potrzebujesz.
