Serdecznie odradzam. Obsługa zorientowawszy się, że moja prośbą jest drobna (potrzebowałem końcówki pancerza), w sposób bezceremonialnie chamski mnie zignorowała. Nie spotkałem się nigdy z tak nieprofesjonalnym i lekceważącym podejściem. Nie życzę nikomu kontaktu z tym sklepem!

Dwa lata temu kupiłam tam naprawdę fajny rower ale dziś dzwoniąc tam by spytać o rodzaj zaworu ,który jest w rowerze (już się od kogoś innego dowiedziałam ,że jest to DV) zostałam potraktowana tekstem „pani znajdzie jakiegoś chłopa to pani pomoże, albo mądrzejszego sąsiada”. W życiu nie zostałam potraktowana tak burkliwie i opryskliwie jak przez osobę która odebrała telefon.

Rower to nie rzecz która się kupuje co sezon, więc chciałoby się porady, chwili na zastanowienie. Jednak tutaj nic takiego nie zastałem. Prośba o wyciągnięcie któregoś modelu do przymiarki bezskuteczna, traktowanie na zasadzie "przyjdzie Pan z kasą to będziemy dobierać".
