Zachęcona pozytywnymi opiniami wraz z narzeczonym udaliśmy się do pracowni w umówionym wcześniej terminie.Niestety Pan który nas przywitał był w stanie nietrzeźwym.Ledwo trzymał się na nogach i ledwo odpowiadał nam na pytania.Był arogancki .W całym pomieszczeniu śmierdziało alkoholem. Jest mi przykro ,że tak zostaliśmy potraktowani.To mega nieodpowiedzialne ze strony tego Pana.Nie rozumiem jak można się tak zachować wobec klienta.Totalny brak szacunku...Nie polecam!

No niestety nie wiem skąd są te pochlebne opinie o obsłudze klienta, bo nas w zasadzie to zrównano z błotem, tj. mnie wyzwano od ruskich (za chęć różowego złota), a narzeczonego od cyganów (za chęć młotkowanej obrączki). Szkoda słów i szkoda czasu

Najgorsze doświadczenie jakie mogliśmy sobie wyobrazić. Najpierw 2 tygodnie oczekiwania na wolny termin, a później na miejscu spotyka nas niemiły, arogancki i wyglądający na mocno wczorajszego Pan, który ewidentnie jest niezadowolony, że musi z nami rozmawiać. Zerowa obsługa klienta, po prostu postawiono przed nami pudełko z obrączkami i "niech sobie Państwo przymierzają", zero doradztwa, propozycji, czy porad, a na pytanie jaka jest szerokość danej obrączki usłyszeliśmy "nie wiem". Kpina z klienta.
