The prices there were way too high compared to other places. They usually don't have what I need in stores and always tell you that you can order it online, but you can find it cheaper on amazon and have it ship faster. Not to mention when I did order online, they lost my order and I had to wait another week.

The technicians don’t know what they are doing, I took my laptop yesterday to be fixed, and they broke the case cause they didn’t have (or didn’t want to use) the proper screwdriver, worst service, (obviously they hide this info) if you want some tech service go to Best Buy.

I just got out of staples. The big black muscular guy at the copy station was helping the same young woman for a half hour, probably trying to hookup with her. He was ignoring everyone else, including me, and it was near closing time. It looked like he was hardly even doing anything.
