I don't often write bad reviews on here, but I'm sorry to say that this company is not one I would recommend at all! I went in to have a logo designed and cards printed...after the first initial time I walked in there and sent them an email with the ideas of what I wanted. I didn't get one email or return phone call for a month! This honestly sounds like a lie, but I am telling the complete truth. I called them numerous times and had to chase them to find out what was going on with my order. After 2 weeks and 3 phone calls that were not returned, I was finally able to get in touch with Geeta. She apologized and asked for my credit card info, told me how much it was going to cost, and all was well and good. After a week and a half of no contact, I called back again, to see the status (thinking it would be done by now), and she told me she was out sick for 2 days, and someone was supposed to call me and tell me what the cost was going to be and how much time it was going to take. (You already told me that a week and a half ago!!). Well after that last one, it was the final straw...When I told her I wanted to cancel my order, she told me "I don't blame you"...instead of "How can I make this right?" It appears they are very unorganized and not customer oriented.

I am a property manager with a company that is involved with over 1,250 accounts. Over the past 2 months we have been going back and forth with the staff at PIP signs trying to get 1 sign done for a property, not a big job for a sign company some would say esp. when given all the instructions and dimensions. I needed not only that property but several others as well. In my line of business time is very important and when things cannot get done in a timely manor then people get upset. I now have an angry owner and still no sign. If you are in the property management business or needs something done right away I DO NOT recommend this company. STEER AWAY!

Was attempting to order business cards. Walked in and I was told it would take a week to get the proof for the card. Found that to be odd but waited. One week later, no proof. Called to get a status and couldn't even find my order. Tired of waiting, I decided to post about my experience. Not good!!!
